If I saw that jogging, I probably WOULD follow her. You know.....to correct her form or something. I am a coach after all!!

I went out for a jog today, great day for it and prolly won't be many more like it. Didn't see our anim? friend bouncing 'round tho...
Took my first spinning class a week ago. I'm thinking 'bout taking that up during the Winter, might help stave off the blaaahs. Anyone else trying that?

Evidently Jumper you are not jogging in the right places
A few years back Paul was jogging at the Colerain track, when approached by a woman. She wanted to know if her boobs were hanging out of her top as she ran.
Needless to say, Paul hasn't jogge there for a while so I don't know fi she is still there.
